This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for ci3-ce11.

 - ci3.ce11.rbest.net.gz: ci3-referenced recip.best net to ce11.
 - ci3.ce11.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from ci3 to ce11 through the recip.best net.

 - ce11.ci3.rbest.net.gz: ce11-referenced recip.best net.
 - ce11.ci3.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

 - axtRBestNet/ci3.ce11.rbest.axt.gz reciprocal best alignments in
   AXT format
