This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for galVar1-mm10.

 - galVar1.mm10.rbest.net.gz: galVar1-referenced recip.best net to mm10.
 - galVar1.mm10.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from galVar1 to mm10 through the recip.best net.

 - mm10.galVar1.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.
