This directory contains the Dec 22, 2001 GenBank freeze assembled by 
NCBI.  The annotations are from UCSC and collaborators worldwide.

chromFa.zip - The working draft sequence chromosome in one file
    per chromosome.  Repeats are in lower case while
    non-repeating sequence is in upper case.

contigFa.zip - The working draft sequence one file per NCBI
    contig.  All contigs are in forward orientation relative
    to the chromosome.  This means some will be reversed relative
    to how they are at NCBI.  Repeats are in lower case while
    non-repeating sequence is in upper case.

contigAgp.zip - Description of how the working draft was generated from
    fragments at a contig layout level. 

chromAgp.zip - Similar to contigAGP.zip, but it unpacks to one file per
    chromosome.  

contigOut.zip - RepeatMasker .out file for contigs.  These were done
    with RepeatMasker at the -s sensitive setting.

chromOut.zip - RepeatMasker .out file for chromosomes.  These were done
    with RepeatMasker at the -s sensitive setting.

database.zip - The genome browser database as tab-delimited files
    and associated MySQL table-creation tiles.

liftAll.zip - A file that contains the offsets of contigs within
    chromosomes.
