This directory contains reciprocal-best netted chains for mm10-criGri1.

 - mm10.criGri1.rbest.net.gz: mm10-referenced recip.best net to criGri1.
 - mm10.criGri1.rbest.chain.gz: chains extracted from the recip.best
   net.  These can be passed to the liftOver program to translate coords
   from mm10 to criGri1 through the recip.best net.

 - criGri1.mm10.rbest.net.gz: criGri1-referenced recip.best net.
 - criGri1.mm10.rbest.chain.gz: recip.best "liftOver" chains.

 - axtRBestNet/*.mm10.criGri1.net.axt.gz reciprocal best alignments in
   AXT format
